• When a security risk is detected
• At the member's request (Self-Exclusion)

If your account is suspended, you may contact pklucky support to find out the reason. If the suspension was made in error, the matter will be investigated promptly and your account reinstated.

If an account is closed due to a decision by PKLucky, the member's valid balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

PKLucky believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or financial hardship. That's why responsible gaming is a core principle we take seriously.

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Automatic gaming suspension upon reaching a set loss limit
